This is one of the best posts I have seen so far, it is in a neat hedged compound just off the main entrance to a farm. The grass is kept cut and though the paint is flaking, the hatch looks undamaged, the hatch is padlocked with two large padlocks and the "T" bar lock. I am unable to find out who owns the post at the moment so unable to inspect the internal status. There is a telegraph pole running up to the post so there may be still some sort phone connection there. Because of the hedge the post is well hidden and I walked past it twice before finding it, so though these posts were never very secret if you didn't have the location coordinates it would have been difficult to find the post.

Future action:

To try and arrange a visit with the owner and find out the status of the interior.
