This post is in quite good condition, the hatch shows signs of damage as though it has been forced. As well as the padlocks being missing the hatch is now open, the T bar lock is falling apart and so are the hinges. Internally the post is quite wet with about an inch of water on the floor. The wooden flooring in the monitoring room is now all rotten, the post is a mess and there is not a lot of equipment in the post, all the electrical equipment has gone. The area around the hatch is quite over grown and it is hard to get to the post especially in the summer when the hedges are fully grown, on the post itself the green paint is flaking and the hatch is quite rusty.
Future Action:
Visit the post once restored and take photo's of what a ROC post should look like.
